Our Story
The fortune of good timing and fate brought AVA to it's recent beginnings in August of 2018. Each partner was looking for a new challenge and has talents that fill a niche within the company combining to create an extremely effective team.

The team at American Venture Accessoires combines more than 100 years of experience in design, development, manufacturing and importing - even though they all look so young!
Tom Johnson
Principal
Coming from the other side of the desk, Tom understands what buyers need to be successful to quickly meet their needs. He prides himself in strong moral character, ethical business practices, and strives for open, honest relationships with good communication. His background also includes strong marketing and merchandising experience that are critical value-added assets.
A true get-it-done attitude serves as the driving force for Tom in everything he does - pursuing excellence with inspiring design, problem solving and attention to detail.
Bob Parker
Principal
Working directly with factories to improve processes, expedite production, and problem solve makes him an invaluable asset to manufacturing. He has served as a consult and board member prior to and during running his own businesses. In this capacity, he did work for the University of Wisconsin, Penn State University, Johnson Professional, Walgreens, and Nestle.
A true passion for design, development, and manufacturing keeps Bob engaged doing what he truly enjoys.
